experience-imgCheck out my new ebook, it is called ‘The experience’ and it is about the life you are currently living, this free ebook looks at how we create our very own life situations based on the choices we make, and what we choose to think about. It is written from the perspective that we are more than what we are currently experiencing, and that we will exist beyond our current body. It looks at the non existence of time, how our beliefs dictate our reality, the nature of thought, the illusion of difference, how it is sometimes necessary to make changes in life, and how rising beyond thought can sometimes be a very useful thing to do.

Here are a couple of excerpts:

“When you take on a perspective of infinite consciousness experiencing a human reality, and realize that all life is eternal, then you will start to understand that there is nothing to survive, you are consciousness now, and when you body ages and eventually dies you will still be consciousness, just not inside your body. It is a difficult concept to really talk about because many will want to see the proof, after all I have written this book in a body and you are reading in a body, yet the topic is consciousness and what will happen when you die. Suffice to say you will find out eventually, and even you don’t believe it then what does it matter anyway, everything will be revealed eventually to everyone. While in this reality people use the term surviving, but what really is there to survive if you live forever. Another idea that may be hard for people to comprehend is the non existence of time, although this is hard concept for many to grasp while they live a life filled with dates, planned events, specific times and clocks. However it is from one eternal now where life unfolds, the world is spinning, cityscapes flicker, animals become aware of noise, phones ring, children play, dogs bark, planes take off all in one timeless moment.”…..

….”If you have experienced something today that you haven’t experienced before, good or bad, you are now more knowledgeable than you were yesterday, is this not a fact? And with this new knowledge you are in a much better position to make a more informed decision on where you should be tomorrow, or further into the future if such a decision needs to be made. It is sometimes better in life to take action, get the experience, learn from it and move on, even if it isn’t the most enjoyable experience, or you think you have wasted your time, you haven’t. There is no greater teacher than experience, when you experience something you gain a firsthand account of what it feels like, looks like and even smells like. This knowledge will never leave you, and whenever there is a time when you need to make a decision about what to do in the future, you will, if you need to be able to reference past experiences to help make a better more informed decision, and at the very least you will have always learnt something. Life is all about learning, no matter how old you are, or even how old you feel, adopting an open, willing attitude to learning from the experiences you live each day, will help make you a wiser more informed person. It is never a bad thing to look out at life and see what you can learn each and every day.”

Feel free to download it here. I have also updated “‘live your life as infinite consciousness’, it is now slightly more compact, with some stuff taken out and expanded on in ‘the experience’. Check out all my ebooks here.

You are beyond mind and body

So you are not your body or your mind, what does that mean exactly?

We are not our minds, but yet for most of the time what goes on in our minds dictates all of our current reality. Look at your life situation right now, is your current reality how you want it to be?

beyond-mind1In our pure form we are infinite possibility which operates at a higher level than our minds however when we drop down into our minds, it is sometimes the case that the pure potential that we really are is no longer there, or at least we perceive ourselves in a way which is rather limiting as become our thoughts and start to identify with our minds. For a lot of people, for a lot of the time they spend their lives as slaves to the mind which is ultimately theirs to control and use however they want to. In reality as infinite possibility there is nothing we can’t do and everything we can do, however when we use our minds it can sometimes be the case that there is everything we can’t do and only a small fraction of things we can do.

But this isn’t nor should it ever be the case.

It is false, it is a mind made concept, nothing more. We need to be aware that we are all capable of so much more than we think we are, and there lies the real problem, thinking about what we can or cannot do.

Sometimes when we continually identify with our minds we don’t always lead the most productive or fulfilling lives, but if we are not our minds then we don’t have to be at the mercy of our thoughts. We can learn to rise above and access a higher knowing which is beyond our minds. Call it intuition or a sixth sense or just the consciousness which is everywhere which we are all a part of, it is what we are.

A great start in knowing that we are infinite consciousness is being able to understand that the real YOU is beyond mind and body. We are all a part of something much greater than what goes on in our minds.

So what do you do? Well perhaps a good start would be to remind yourself that you are not your mind or your body when you wake up each day, or before you go to bed. It won’t take long, just a brief reminder you are more than your body and mind, and that you really are capable of more than what your current and previous levels of thinking have bought you.

“What you are is far greater than what you are currently experiencing.”
