“The preparation we would advise is to recognize that you are a co-creator of what is happening around you. You are not passive, although you may feel ‘acted upon’; even your passivity is a form of active creation-creation by not taking responsibility. We would say that in these coming times, it is vital to recognize your sovereignty as a creator force, to avoid the mind control and manipulation of those currently in dominant places of power, to use your own mind to sense out the truth and not trust what is told to you, for you are surrounded by lies. You must use the highest levels of your own heart and mind to ferret out the trust of every situation.

You must come to recognize that your heart and mind-your thinking and your feeling natures-are powerful forces that when combined together become a creative dynamo. You are at the threshold, collectively, of a new world. How difficult the transition of this birth will be depends largely on you  and all your fellow humans.

Recognize that it is a grand adventure. Whether you survive a particular period of this transition physically or not is immaterial from the standpoint of the greater being that you are a part of; for your current embodiment is like one facet of a diamond, and how you deal with your life, with the incredible moments of these times, strengthens you or weakens you. But it is not the situations themselves that strengthen or weaken you, but how you create your response to them. This is your greatest power. And no power on earth can take that from you. When you know this, you are invulnerable. And what we mean by this type of invulnerability is that when you are in this place of personal power, it is immaterial to you whether you live or die, for you have found your spiritual center and recognize, with full certainty, that you are a spiritual being beyond the constraints of time, space, and history. You are a being of luminous light having a human experience.”

Learning to silence the mind is one of the most useful things you can do. There may be times in your life when you become negative or your mind becomes full of self-doubt, or perhaps you may just want to quieten any internal dialgoue you may be experiencing. Do you believe that life is something that happens to you in the future, do you think about your past so much that it seems as if you are living it again? Do you constantly re-live moments from last week’s staff meeting, or from a random conversation you had 3 months ago. What about 5 years ago, do you still recall events that happened then?

fractalnewimgAre you living for some point in the future when your life will be amazing and great, and treating the present moment as just a means to an end? Are you convinced that your past is a representation of how your future will be? Do you constantly recall in vivid detail your past mistakes or actions which you would rather forget? Are your thoughts consumed by any other time but this present moment? If they are, then what is it that is so unsatisfactory about your life right now that you have to continually reminisce about days gone by? Are you someone who finds that their mind continually wanders here there and everywhere at the expense of your current day to day living? Would you like to forget the past, not worry about the future and just become absorbed in this very moment?

“Life is a journey and not a destination.”

A point in time 5 years from now, something which you are striving for is all well and good, but it is important to realise that what you think of as the future, some point in time months or years ahead of where you are now will never actually arrive. Many people completely ignore their present moment; instead they are always living for the weekend or the end of the month, or some other imaginary point in the future that will cause them to feel happy.

It has been said that many people spend up to 97% of their time either living in the past or the future, which means they only spend a mere 3% of their time in their present reality. That is quite a sobering statistic when you realize this current moment is all you will ever have. That is a lot of time in thoughts outside of what you are currently involved in.

Your attention should rarely be taken up with thoughts of regret about the past, or thoughts of worry about the future, both are made up and only exist in your mind as and when you think about them. An important point to remember is that while you want to create a new life yourself, and learn about strategies to change your thinking, it is still necessary to realize that while you aspire for great things to happen in your future, the power you have to make all that you wish for yourself come true, comes from this very moment right now.

It is important you strive to become fully present in your life, each moment that passes is extremely powerful, at this very moment you can be more constructive and productive than you have been at any other time in your life. Your power comes from understanding and utilizing this.

Time, clocks and calendars are all man made inventions

They are simply used to keep track of the earth moving around the Sun. Tapping into infinite consciousness is about losing track of time completely, because once you realize there is no time you can enter into this very moment and accept it as it is.

clock1Don’t be a slave to time by way of future events that you have planned for yourself. It is easy to live our lives as a constant stream of meetings, deadlines, events, appointments at some pre-arranged time in the future. For a lot of people, life is rarely about the very moment they are experiencing but rather about what is going to happen, or will happen in the future. The very moment they are experiencing is merely a means to some end point in the future.

It is important to focus your attention on the very moment that you experience life, because life can never be lived at any other time than the one you are presently experiencing. To be fully aware and engaged in life is to be fully accepting of your presence in this very moment.

“Future and past exist only in the mind.”

To be fully awake is to understand that time really is an illusion. So your watch says 1.45, what does that mean to you? Time is all played out in the mind, this afternoon, this evening, next week, last week, next year, so many people live their whole life planning, striving, searching, working, waiting, but for what exactly? Some date in the future when their whole life we come together and everything will be OK.

Planning for the future is a good thing to do as is setting goals, but when life is constantly and totally lived in the mind at the expense of this very moment, then something needs to change. It is easy to get carried away with the future sometimes, likewise it is easy to always think about the past, but what is the point to this?

“Life only exists here and now and it will never be anywhere else, the future and past are mind based perceptions which should be dropped if you want get closer to your true nature.”

Of course it can be hard to drop the illusion of time when we have to be somewhere or get up at 7.00 in the morning and go to work, or meet a friend at a specific time at the weekend, but as you go through your day to day life remind yourself that this very moment is all there will ever be.

When you know that this moment is all there is, time all of a sudden kind of becomes irrelevant.

awareness1Understanding that you are infinite energy isn’t about stating affirmations or thinking too much, it is about knowing and being aware, that is all, nothing else is involved. Being aware that you are not your body or your mind will allow you to get closer to understanding the pure potential that you really are. Once you know this you can change your perspective on your life and current life situation. By changing your perspective you can change your life in so many ways, there is more to you than your 5 senses, there is more to you than thought, because who you really are is beyond mind and therefore thought.

You see for you to realize this no schooling is needed, no great expensive course is required, all you have to do is just understand and get in touch with your true self beyond your mind and your thoughts, your body is a vehicle and your mind is a tool, you are neither. This is not to undermine the amazement and wonder of both, they are incredible, our bodies are beautiful, and our minds all powerful, but they are not the real you. This is not to be thought of as bad or unpleasant, or negative, it is about liberating yourself, freeing your mind and unlearning what you think you are, removing labels and temporary identities and getting in touch with a higher self, your higher self, your true nature. Awareness is the key that will take you beyond mind and body.

What you think of as you is not you at all, it is actually what you are experiencing. The ‘I’ you constantly identify with is actually what you are experiencing. You are not, nor have you ever been, nor will you ever be your thoughts, you are that which experiences and who is aware of your thoughts. You are consciousness, infinite awareness, pure potential that is currently experiencing a human reality.

“Awareness operates higher than the mind, without awareness you would know of nothing that the mind produced in the way of thoughts or ideas.”

“You are aware that you have thoughts and ideas, now be aware that you are not those thoughts or ideas.”

There is no division in the world, we are all one, however we have been taught to be different, to think differently, to act, to believe and to see things in certain ways and this is as a result of many things, for example, upbringing, culture, beliefs etc. But who we really are is beyond the beliefs we hold. Become aware of everything and everyone around you. You are that awareness, you are infinite consciousness that lives forever, you are currently now experiencing life in your body using the amazing tool which is the human mind. This is what we all have to experience this life, our mind and our body.

However you are not your mind or your body, they simply allow you the real YOU to experience life in your current reality, which is temporary, your body will not last forever, neither will your mind both are susceptible to age and disease. YOU however are consciousness, which is all that ever has been and all that ever will be.

Because we identify with who we are (the ‘I’) for most of the time in our day to day life and reality we find it hard to see it in any other way. However we are really the awareness of our lives and our realities, but most of the time we never tap into this awareness, we are never really aware, instead we are consumed with our minds and each thought that we have or rather we generate. We think it is us, we think it is true, we believe it is the way things are. But being alive is about being aware, and being aware is knowing that this awareness is who you are and that your current life situation is just something you are experiencing. All the ideas, perceptions, opinions, beliefs you have are just illusions, mind made concepts which you by way of observation and awareness bring into existence. This is what makes you human and this is what makes up your current reality.

You are reading these words, perhaps with your own voice in your head but you are not that voice, you are understanding the words as you read them, perhaps conceptualizing the different ideas and statements you are listening to, but you are not those ideas, or thoughts you have about what you are reading, maybe your mind is wandering and you are thinking about what to eat for dinner. However the real you is the awareness behind the thoughts and ideas.

“The real you is the knowing that knows you are experiencing ideas and thoughts.”

There is a higher self beyond what you currently perceive there to be. Infinite consciousness, awareness is your higher self, your true self and it exists beyond the mind. It is from your higher self which is a layer above your beliefs, your identity and everything else mind based that real power and all-knowing exist.
