If you hear a voice in your head, how can you be that voice?

You can never be the voice you hear, the real you (consciousness) is the one listening to it. Identifying with the voice can lead you to all sorts of problems especially when you say you cannot do things. Why believe this? It is just a voice. Treat it like you would when you hear a song on the radio. Listen, be aware, you know you are not singing the song, be aware you are not the voice you hear inside your head.

YOU are the awareness that can hear the voice.

Consciousness is listening to a voice

The ‘me’ or ‘I’ you identify with is not you at all, it exists only as and when you think about it or bring it up.

The mind and the body are very much separate from who you really are, and until you learn and understand that they are not the real you, you will always create a barrier between the ‘I’ you think you are and the consciousness that you really are.

In this life, the greatness that is in you, is in everyone. We think we are different, of course we all think lots of things, but the mind is powerful and thinking creates an incredible feeling that everything is all so real, such is the power of our minds.

Consciousness is the flame from which all thought is bought into existence, how can you know that you think and have ideas, thoughts, without an awareness of them……. If you want to think about something think about how that is possible.
